Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Communications and related disciplines),
- Experience of minimum 3-5 years of brand management and/or communications,
- Highly Fluent in English (both verbal & in writing),
- A proven track record of successfully managing projects in all aspects of marketing (Brand strategy and positioning, Digital marketing, Creative/Media/Social Media/PR Agency Management, Marketing Budget Management, Insights & Market Research)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
Job Description
- Identify the needs of market, segments, channels & customers and assist in preparing the marketing communications plan to facilitate the growth of the brands and execution of the strategy and action plans,
- Coordinate & communicate projects with internal and external resources (Category management, Sales, Commercial Unit (CU) stakeholders, R&D, Human Resources),
- Design and develop successful brand communications strategy and activities in line with global & local guidelines and activity plans,
- Develop a comprehensive Public Relations plan (internal & external) per quarter along with agency and execution of the plan,
- Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Plan and execute all website management, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and Google ads campaigns. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and always-on activities,
- Identify trends and insights, prepare the brand building strategies driven from the results of the insight studies (both consumer & painter insights)
- Brand positioning, Concept Development, Agency Management, Creative communication development, Marketing Budget Management & all other marketing aspects,
- Work within the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each category,
- Work with the related teams to develop detailed marketing plans for all channels,
- Work closely with the Media Agency, Creative Agency, PR Agency, Social Media agencies to set up the right KPI's and channels for each campaign,
- Responsible from the coordination and execution of events (both internal & external) throughout the year,
- Monitor and report on competitor marcom campaigns/activities,
- Fully responsible from the media purchasing budget and relations with the agencies for both traditional & digital media purchasing.
