Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred: Business Administration or Engineering),
  • Min. 3 years' experience in Export Sales,
  • Should be able to speak advanced level of English,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • The ability to establish and manage a dealer and sales network is essential,
  • Should be able to travel abroad with ease,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications,
  • SAP knowledge is an asset,
  • Having knowledge in Foreign Trade Legislation & Custom Legislation,
  • Experience in Export procedures is an asset,
  • Experience in sales reporting is an asset,
  • Data Analysis,
  • Knowledge of using CRM tools,
  • Competent in teamwork,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Preferably resides in Kocaeli or Asian side of İstanbul.

Job Description

  • Responsible for all sales and activities from end-to-end in assigned countries,
  • Responsible for the operational activities for the existing customer accounts,
  • Preparation of all legal documentation to be fully compliant with Export legislations and laws,
  • Close follow-up of targets and realizations of KPIs of export customers,
  • Handling the order process, from production till the final dispatch of goods,
  • Follow up of customers on daily basis in regard to orders, shipments, payments and service matters,
  • Supportive and operational responsibilities in Export operations of the company,
  • Support all trade operations in export countries,
  • Work in full coordination and alignment with other functions.
