- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related departments of universities,

- At least 3 years of experiences on Customer Service Export operations,

- Good command of English in both written and verbal communication,

- Good knowledge of ERP Software, SAP,

- Problem solving, analytical thinking and strong communications skills,

- Willing to take initiative and responsibility, 

- No military obligation for male candidates,

- Preferably resides in Kocaeli or Asian side of İstanbul.

Job Description

- Order Management: End-to-end management of the ordering and invoicing process through the SAP system.

- Monitoring and reporting of sales transactions by the customers in the selected export countries.

- Completion of export documentation with close coordination with the customs agency and relevant stakeholders.

- Monitoring of export shipments till the final destination and inform customers if necessary.

- Management of the customer claims, shipment schedules and timely customs clearance.

- Coordination with the planning & logistics teams for product allocations.

- Income-to-cash process support, secure timely payments of the customers on due dates without any overdue / bad debt risks.

- Management of the credit settings of the customers and follow-up of financial collaterals from the customers.

- Follow-up customer complaints, escalate to the attention of related departments & stakeholders.

- Customer master data management & price data management.

- Follow-up the delivery of POP & other promotional materials shipped to customers.

- Follow-up distribution of color mixing machines in Export countries and arranging necessary agreements.
