Job Description


? Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives, with the team,

? Outlines the dynamics of the category in order to develop the necessary marketing activities,

? Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results,

? Perform analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information,

? Understand the need of the market an all levels of customers in order to better develop 

? Developing, executing and revising the pricing concepts and strategies of Marshall, taking into account competition, market dynamics and profitability

? Manage all aspects of marketing activities including sell in, sell out actions brand promotion, channel management support and point of sale actions 

? Review and report back on marketing activities and results to key internal and external stakeholders, 

? Strong follow up of initiatives and projects for new and existing products

? Work on periodical benchmark studies with R&D team

? Work on the product positioning map and deliver the optimum product portfolio to the market

? Devise long-term development strategies for product categories

? Work closely with R&D and Sales Departments

Required Experience

? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering; MBA degree is a plus

? 10 + years of marketing experience 

? Strong knowledge Microsoft Office

? Fluent English  is a must

? No barrier for travel
