Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as information technologies, business administrations, engineering, economics, statistics etc.
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication is expected,
  • Minimum 2-3 years of CRM and sales operations experience is preferred,
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
  • Knowledge of Business Object Reporting, Power BI is a plus,
  • Self-motivated, result oriented, ability to deliver high quality work to strict deadlines,

  • Team worker and open to collaborative work, handling multiple tasks and having organizational capacity,
  • Being good at time-management,
  • Having organized and result oriented personality, strong follow up skills,
  • Having quick decision making and problem-solving skills,
  • Being open to continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Actively contribute to improving in -house operational efficiency including sales operations,
  • Taking an active role in the company's CRM strategy and preparing development and action plans. Creating, planning, and managing the setups for the development of CRM databases,
  • Spotting ways to improve the usage of the CRM,
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of the database related activities in a timely manner in CRM and creating monthly & weekly reports,
  • Analyzing data to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals, creating visualizations of data, designing dashboards,
  • Being responsible for the CRM platforms and contribute to knowledge sharing across all the sales teams,
  • Resolving technical CRM issues or reporting them to the relevant support teams if needed,

  • Responding to customization requests coming from the users,
  • Organizing training sessions on processes for all roles to increase efficiency of usage,
  • Leading communication for platform and process changes,
  • Assisting training materials for global and regional use including supporting local language adaptation of information where necessary,
  • Conducting research on the markets, customer accounts, latest trends,
  • Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technologies,
  • Assessing the quality of data and remove or clean databases,
  • Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the CRM system's capabilities and functionality.
