Qualifications

Job Description

  • Assist in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities,
  • Assist all aspects of marketing activity and support them to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Provide the required administrative and marketing support to the Brand Managers, assisting brand’s day to day operational activities,
  • Build productive working relationship with agencies to manage the brand’s day to day operations,
  • Evaluate and respond to consumer research, market conditions and competitor activities
  • Identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring,
  • Assist in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with BrandKey Vision and BrandVision Plan including communication strategy,
  • Work closely with the other global Marketing team members to understand AkzoNoble’s strategic objectives and assist in the development of global marketing strategies and frameworks.
  • Monitor budget spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Understand the Global marketing strategy development, and how to implement the marketing programmes in accordance with, and aligned to, the global marketing strategy.
  • Manage the delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget, operating with flexibility
  • Follow up on status and outcome of the campaigns and promotions for Management and Product Manager about the running campaigns and promotions. Attend Sales and Marketing team meeting and join meetings with partners and resellers.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing activities including brand promotion and media support, consumer promotions, channel management support and point of sale, public relations, plus other activities as agreed.
  • Work with agencies and third party suppliers to deliver the marketing plan in a timely and cost effective basis.
  • Report back on marketing activities and results to key internal and external stakeholders
