QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration, Economy or other related fields,
·         Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in Sales with strong rapport with local customers,
·         Minimum +3 years of people management experience,
·         Good knowledge and usage of MS Office and modern office tools; experience with CRM applications
·         Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken),
·         Strong analytical skills, project management knowledge is an asset,
·         Ability to work well in a dynamic and agile environment & to meet deadlines and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
·         Strong communication skills  with commercial thinking and customer orientation.
·         Ability to take initiatives and develop regional commercial strategies and action plans

·         Located in Diyarbakır or willing to relocate. Surrounding cities and provinces are within the scope of the area

 

  • Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new & existing business opportunities.
  • Develops a trusted relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders and critical decision makers.
  • Coaches and leads the regional sales team to reach and deliver key sales performance targets
  • Contributes to the design and implementation of the sales strategy for the area and executes the approved strategy and operational plans
  • Full responsibility and accountability on the short and long term sales & financial results of the area
  • Sets clear business plans; reviews and reports progress on a regular basis, and takes appropriate actions where necessary to deliver area sales targets
  • Identifies potential channel conflict/ market issues, alerts management, and proposes corrective actions
  • Manage the resources to deliver area sales growth across all accounts (including call plans, strategic account plans ,commercial agreements and relationships)
  • Captures customer insights and links them to current business strategy and provides propositions to drive future business growth
  • Accurately forecasts area sales opportunities from a scope, timing and revenue perspective in addition to the periodic sales forecasts
  • Establishes and builds senior-level relationships with key decision makers and buyers, both internally as externally
  • Drives commercial excellence and continuous improvement on sales operations for the responsible area
  • Builds, develops and motivates the sales team with the skills and knowledge to ensure individual success
  • Serves as a leader & coach to the team to deliver business targets
  • Guides the sales team by understanding and assessing customer needs, business objectives, strategies and builds value propositions
  • Ensures management information systems & governance structure is in place and informs management team on consolidated risks and opportunities
