Job Purpose
As a Sales Representative, you will deliver sales volume, revenue and profitability targets within the North West territory.
You’ll be responsible for developing existing customer accounts, identifying and winning new business, and ensuring our products remain the first choice in your market. Combining commercial insight with strong relationship management, you’ll act as a trusted partner to your customers while driving sustainable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Deliver territory sales, volume and profit targets in line with the business plan
•    Identify, target and win new accounts within your region
•    Maximise growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
•    Develop and execute effective contact strategies and sales plans
•    Build strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and service excellence
•    Monitor performance against targets and provide accurate reporting and forecasting
•    Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within CRM systems
•    Gather and share market intelligence to inform commercial decisions
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and support teams to strengthen the overall customer offer
•    Promote a positive company image and ensure high standards of customer service
•    Act in full compliance with corporate policies and HS&E requirements

 

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box — we’re looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and motivated to win.
•    Proven experience in B2B field sales
•    Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
•    Experience developing sales plans and contact strategies
•    Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
•    Commercially astute with strong business awareness
•    Comfortable using CRM systems and providing management reporting
•    Self-motivated, organised and target driven
•    Passionate about delivering on commitments and building long-term partnerships
•    Full UK driving licence (essential)
•    Experience within the vehicle refinish industry (advantageous but not essential)
