Job Purpose

 

  • To lead a team of operators within the required department in the ANSAL factory. This will include both RM warehouse and factory teams 
  • Primary job includes tasks as below
    • HSE (Daily /Weekly Checks, MOC management, Permit to Work, SOPs management, Training)
    • ALPS (LSW, MDI, 5S Area Champion, Managing/Improving Operational KPIs, OEEA management) 
    • Production (Daily Production Planning, Manpower assignment and development, QC/engineering/Scheduling coordination, SAP PP) 

Key Accountabilities

 

Health and Safety

  • To ensure all team follows Life Saving Rules (LSR’s) all the time
  • To ensure all the team is trained on Operating Procedures and follow them. Also updating the SOPs for any change or once they are due
  • To ensure Batch Card instructions are always followed
  • To ensure that Safety checklists are filled as required
  • To do Trainings on all the SOPs on time to the assigned group
  • To ensure BBS observations raised in his area are closed
  • To ensure hazard identification and reporting in assigned area
  • To raise and follow through the MOC procedure
  • To Issue Permit to Works


Batch processing & Warehouse management

  • Pre-batch the raw materials as per the picking list 
  • Transfer, check, and charge raw materials, control process materials, sampling, filling maintain the process parameters such as temperature, machine speed)
  • Production consumable management
  • Warehouse management in SAP
  • GRN posting and documentation
  • Transfer order management
  • LL01
  • LB10
  • Cycle count management
  • Bin management
  • Batch produced as per the cycle time and defined quality standards and raw material warehouse management in SAP with stock accuracy without any posting error and delays.  
  • Batch card instructions
  • SAP PP and WM understanding to extract reports in excel and develop controls
  • To develop power point presentations for tier meetings and site projects
  • Follow-up with regional supports for any IT, SAP, Planning, Raw materials, HSE and other issues
  • Police reporting for controlled substances 


ALPS

  • To Ensure LSW compliance is > 75%
  • To ensure Tier0 and Tier 1 meetings are held
  • Process confirmation plan compliance is >90% and results are improving
  • To implement 5S in assigned are and 5S Scores are above 75%
  • To develop Standard Works for repetitive and critical tasks
  • To ensure OEEA work processes are completely followed
  • To monitor/develop improvement initiatives in KPIs using CI AP training (DMAIC)
  • To share status of shift handover, KPIs, escalations, Projects via Emails 
  • To Develop analysis/loss pareto for all assigned KPIs following SC prime guidelines

Experience

 

  • Degree in Chemistry or related field 
  • Effective communication in English, including writing, speaking and Interpersonal communication.
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hand-On experience in SAP PP/LE, MS Excel/Power point and Word. 
  • Should also possess, analytical, time management and customer service skills.
