Job Purpose

 

•    Key Account Management – maintain professional relationship with key stakeholders (NOCs, EPCs) to make positive influence on our business.
•    Project Management – Identify key projects, contract chains, key scope of work, value proposition and support business opportunities.  Regularly set up meeting with sales for updating and alignment
•    Development of specification position to key accounts & key projects 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Project / Market Analysis / Strategy set up.
o    Delivers accurate market + project reviews & analysis to define (target projects + target customers) with strategic approach. 

 

Development Specification position 
o    Actively participates in the development of specifications position together with SME.
o    Make sure to fill the gaps of spec position – vendor list / less competitive system / approval.

•    Project Management 
o    By using CRM platform, manage energy projects data base (create & update) with providing colleagues about visibility for specification position, contract chain, business sales opportunities
o    Take lead of bi-monthly CRM meeting with sales team for alignment.

 

Key Account Management 
o    Maintain professional relationship with key stakeholders thru CRM KAM plan process
o    Provide value proposition offer to the key accounts to seek for win-win
o    Effectively chase up the correct decision makers in various stage and build up relationship with many different levels of key customers (proposal, engineers, PM, procurement, etc.)

 

Contribute to Sales revenue
o    Identifies significant business opportunities and actively involved in decision process until receiving PO. 

Experience

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation in chemical engineering or equivalent industry knowledge and experience - 5 years
•    Effective ability to understand project processes, knowledge of energy market, project management 
•    Customer faced approach. 
•    Understand our key product ranges, technical knowledge and industrial standards (as post training) 
•    Ability for analyzing market, statics as well as excellent document management.
•    Fluently using Microsoft program (Excel / Word / Power point)
•    Presentation skills to customers 
•    Arabic – (Saudi National) / English Speaking & Writing
