Job Purpose

This role supports and assists the Regional HR Director Middle East & Africa in providing a generalist professional HR service in Saudi Arabia. The HR Manager will develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and will be instrumental in implementing HR policies and procedures in Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build positive relationships with the management teams to become a first port of call for general HR advice.
  • Assist staff and line managers in Saudi with their day-to-day queries and coach them on a range of HR issues including performance and development dialog, grievances and disciplinary matters, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Investigate and report on payroll issues in liaison with the regional payroll team and the HR Manager
  • Provide local assistance regarding the Organizational Health survey administration and encouraging maximum participation levels though continuous communication and follow through.
  • Localising regional HR policies and procedures for Saudi by advising on Saudi labour law, market best practice.
  • Assist the Regional Talent Acquisition team in the souring, interviewing and testing, and on-boarding of job candidates in Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead the recruitment process for blue collar roles.
  • Provide advice and local support to the Regional TA Manager in attracting Saudi talent and maintain satisfactory Saudisation levels.
  • Conduct exit interviews for non-management staff and report exit interview information to the HR Manager.



  • This challenging position requires a minimum of 5 years of operational HR experience in Saudi Arabia ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Graduate level education ideally in an HR or a relevant business discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Labour Law with a proven ability to keep abreast of key employment trends and legislation developments.
  • Experience in advising/ coaching managers at all levels in a generalist role is required.
  • Good MS Office skills (Word and Excel) and familiarity with HR information systems preferably SAP.
