Job Description

The purpose of this role is to build Dulux colour authority as the undisputed leader in Colour by engaging the consumers in relevant decoration and colour conversations across the decoration journey, in order to make Dulux their brand of choice.

  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery of preview visualization services, including comprehending customer needs, color trends and design styles, resolving service requests, and continuously improving quality and turnaround times.

  • Identifying the service trends and drivers that affect the service demand, supply, and quality, such as customer behavior, preferences, and expectations, service innovations and disruptions, and competitive and environmental factors.

  • Executing on aligned preview service framework, including customer segmentation, preview service level agreements, project type preview turnaround time matrices, special customized tailored made preview service, key account service planning, preview service promoting campaign.

  • Monitoring and controlling the service processes and outcomes by using preview data and metrics to track performance.

  • Optimizing the preview service resources by allocating and managing the preview service staff, upgrading equipment, and producing Preview materials according to the service demand and capacity.

  • Driving service excellence by delivering effective team’s productivity, managing outsource service from 3rd partner.

  • Measuring the impact of the preview service improvements and innovations on the customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Train, coach and manage colour consultants and evaluate their performance and competency regularly.

  • Provide support to the digital brand team doing room set editing for use of social media and digital

  • Provide advice on colour in relation to articles and images use in print and digital.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior design, architecture, graphic design or related field such as home improvement industries.

  • Computer literate in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage.

  • Skill in Autocad / 3D software will be an added advantage.

  • Solid understanding of color theory and trends

  • Experience in team management is an advantage
