Job Purpose

is an important role to develop leading HDC company in responsible area;

The role is responsible for HDC sales distributors network improvement and HDC key accounts sell out performance;

Coordinate national distributors resource to support mega HDC business expansion;

Total sales size of HDC business in responsible area above 10 million each year with Dulux& Levis paints products.

Key Accountabilities

Mapping HDC key accounts target and design follow up competitive strategy;

Coordinate and lead HDC distributor to win HDC key accounts;

Improve HDC key accounts coverage and market share in responsible area;

Develop HDC distributors network and improve capability to suite market change;

Strictly control the sales cost to ensure project reasonable profit;

Provide all necessary supports to mega HDC business expansion national wide;

Achieve sales target not only sell in but also sell out.

Experience

University degree or above in civil engineering, chemical engineering, macromolecule material or relevant preferable;

6+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, and 3+ years’ experiences in HDC channel management;

Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill, especially in cross function;

Strong negotiation skill and result driven;

Good training & coaching Skill to develop internal & external capability;
