Job Purpose

Develop new business by corporate and working with sales and project team under G&D plan in target market ; Automotive, AR and I&C
Provide AN technology, corporate and develop the product to meet on customer requirement , Needs and approve our product.
Maintain and Support on business strategy by driving our servicing on a customer plan and strengthen relationships with responsible customers.

Key Accountabilities

1.   Corporate with Sales and RD team for develop new product / technology & specify their products on target customers/ OEM
2.   Provide and support customer, applicators to satisfy on our product and application.
3.   Build and maintain our AN value in customers on technology , quality and servicing
4.   Lead on preventive and correct action to improve our service value.
5.   Improve business by corporate with related on quality, application , bench marking , complaint ,etc

Experience

- BA- Science /Engineer – Chemistry, Polymer or related
- Background in technical, R&D role in coating under B2B Coating industrial is preferred.
- Understand in process approval in OEM
- Good and can communicate in English, Chinese or Japanese will be benefit
