Job Purpose
1. Product maintenance and Increment development
2. Problem shooting

4. Support NPD project
5. Production support and process optimization
Key Accountabilities
1. Product Maintenance and Incremental Development
• Prepare and overview formulation for chemist in terms of color matching & testing
• Review all formulation maintain in system
2. Support Value Engineering
• Raw material evaluation for alternatives and replacement
• Complexity Reduction
• Reformulation and process savings
3. Production support and process optimization
• Review complexity reduction
• Quality improvement
• Monitor process for new product and scale-up support
4. Support NPD projects (if required)
• Support Lab evaluation as request from NPD team
• Support evaluation on product localization
5. Problem shooting
• Involve investigation on complaint from customer
• Coordinate with TSBP/Sales to provide the solution/feedback to customer

Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a chemistry-related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in the coatings industry
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong work ethic and effective team collaboration skills
• Able to write report
• Sensitive to color, able to see the color difference and do color adjustment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
