Job Purpose

Senior Sales Representative conducts field sales activity and minor management of team and customers to achieve the team’s goal.

1.    Maximize sales revenue 
2.    Control price with manager’s agreement and make high CM  
3.    Coordinate customer’s needs and our technology to satisfy customers  
4.    Control and manage oversea programs and customers 

Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities    
1.    Maximize sales revenue.     
•    Identifies, targets and implements the approved sales strategies in the assigned marketplace.
•    Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented.

2.    Control price with manager’s agreement and make high CM  
•    Provide appropriate and agreed levels of contact, service and support to ensure sales targets are met.

3.    Coordinate customer’s needs and our technology to satisfy customer     
•    Seeking market information to understand technology&color trendy and matching with our products
•    Introduce appropriate products to customers to penetrate into future business. 

4.    Control and manage oversea programs and customers  
    •    This position is replacement for Mungjong, Chung and taking charge of oversea  customers which has 50% of our total revenue
   •    This position is primarily responsible for managing all D company related business in Malaysia and Philippines including all accounts in oversea as well.


Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, international Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or related field
Geographical Experience: Has been based in one country and oversea experience 
Functional Experience: Sales, marketing function more than 5 years
Work Scope Experience: 
At least 3 year experience relevant CS or Sales in Chemical industry will be plus.

1.    Mobility to visit customers in oversea
2.    English language skill is highly required.
3.    MS office skill is highly required (Manage the data, present products and company)
