Job Purpose
Quality Assurance Specialist is accountable to manage the testing of packaging materials, raw materials and assign his/her reporting employees to perform testing the samples, record test results and report test results which follow standard test methods. This person should record and follow up the PGRs for abnormalities, if required organize meeting to collect multidisciplinary decisions. In that job this person also takes care about customer complaints follow up the RCA from quality and if required from other departments, close the complaints at system and inform relevant people at Company. This job holder hosts the customers when they visit the site and answer their requests and questions in limited / requested time period.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop, manage, and maintain continual improvement of QA programs, policies and procedures for paint and coating.
• Maintain oversight of the QA program and QMS at Chonburi producing products follow ISO 9001, ISO14001, AS9100, TS16949 and related regulatory.
• Apply quality assurance processes and procedures at the site level to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Strong collaboration, including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts, and communication with the Engineering and Operations team.
• Write, review, approve, and/or implement quality procedures, specifications, processes, and methods as required.
• Oversee the examination and evaluation of each lot of incoming raw & pack material before use to ensure that the material meets its established specifications.
• Prepare and present periodic review of the quality system for regular ‘Management Review’
• Conduct periodic audits of the site / supplier to monitor compliance with established procedures and practices.
• Lead site QSAQ activities with proper improvement plan.
• Liaise with internal and external inspectors and representatives, particularly on QA-related topics.

Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in an appropriate scientific or engineering field of study required, preferred fields of study include Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Engineering.
- 3 + years experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, AS9001 and TS16949 experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals required.
- Ability to effectively present information, deliver training, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and inspectors required.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with site personnel, inspectors, and internal and external vendors required.
