Job Purpose
This position is support to production process in term of Machine & Equipment Operate and Engineering project for short term and long term improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for HSE in Process and Maintenance Section
Member of SHIELD Level 2
Comply with Company P&DD System
Implement safety improvements throughout the process.
Analyze production methods in order to improve efficiency by reduce yield loss and/or manufacturing time , SPC Analysis.
Productivity improvement by process improvement.
Preventive maintenance
Corrective maintenance
Cooperate with QCM , Senior Production Supervisor Production Supervisor and Production Manager to improve working instruction in formulations.
Manage calibration of all equipments/machinery in production line.
Operate in accordance with ISO9001:2000
Operate in accordance with ISO14001:2004
Manage the maintenance team
Experience
Bachelor Degree’s of Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
Min. 5 years’ experience in paint manufacture of petrol chemical plant.
Good command of English, Able to operate PC soft-wares
