Job Purpose

• Support digital deployment in South Asia

Key Accountabilities

•   Project support for Digital related solutions in all South Asia manufacturing sites.
•   Collaborate with Site Project leaders to deploy digital projects.
•   Continually assess and monitor support effectiveness for digital solutions deployed in the manufacturing sites and feedback improvements to global digital team.
•   Build effective, collaborative relationships with strategic digital solution partners in the region.
•   Setup Digital Academy in Chonburi
•   Conduct Digital Maturity with each Site and identify opportunities for digital improvements.

Experience

•   Diploma/Basic Degree in Computer/Electronic/Electrical /Industrial Engineering
•   Understanding and familiarity with industry 4.0
•   Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
•   Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clear communication.
•   Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee logistics digital projects from start to finish.
•   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
•   Good knowledge of SAP concept is an advantage.
•   Capable of understanding basic IT infrastructure and required security measures.
•   Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clear communication.
