Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing Logistics operations for Decorative Paints and VR.
- Inbound storage and transportation , outbound storage and transportation, deployment of safety and people processes across all Logistics facilities within the country.
- Ontime and in full delivery of products as per customer orders at an optimal cost.
- Responsible for operations of RM and FG WHs at 4 key facilities.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage warehouse operations in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements .
- Ensure inbound , storage and outbound processes are run efficiently to maximise productivity levels for the Warehouse.
- Ensure inventory control processes (cycle counts , annual counts etc) and deploying data hygiene and accuracy in the ERP system as per AN policies and procedures.
- Manage the tinting processes and procedures to deliver good as per the lead times agreed with the customers.
- Responsible for contract management for all 3rd party Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) covering the provisions of transport, including invoice approval.
- Responsible to establish Distribution emergency response and distribution drills for transporters and warehouses.
- Monitor spending, track deviations ( if any) and put corrective preventive actions on ground to bring spends within approved budgets .

Experience
- University level, Bachelor degree Technical/Industrial Degree with added advantage of Masters/diploma in business management,
- 10-15 years of logistics experience, driven project management & led the logistics function leading a team of min 5 employees in the last 2 years.
- Experience of CI practices.
- Prior experience in digitization projects in Logistics space is desirable.
- Good Communication skills fluent in English language,
- Excellent analytical and numeric skills are essential as well as presentational skills.
- Excellent communicator and have experience of managing people.
