GET Rotational Engineer 1

Job Purpose

Work location: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Khao Khansong, Si Racha District, Chonburi

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities:

• You will be rotated across areas within your streams over the course of 18 months program.

• During your traineeship, you will develop your insights and leadership capabilities at an early stage to achieve your career aspirations. 

• At the end of the program, based on readiness and performance, you will be assigned a final role in discussion with the Regional Manufacturing Organization from your host sites.

Selection Process (Conducted Across Separate Days):

Step 1: Pre-Screening
Initial screening conducted by the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.

Step 2: Self-Introduction & Assessment
Candidates are required to submit a 5-minute self-introduction video and complete online assessment.

Step 3: Site Tour & Panel Interview
Includes a site tour and a panel interview with members of the Executive Committee. Further steps may follow based on candidate progress.

Experience

Requirements:

• New graduates to Maximum 1 (one) year of working experience with energetic and positive vibe – who completed bachelor’ degree or higher degree in;

       o  Engineering - Chemical, Mechanical, Chemistry Science

  o Science - Chemistry

•   International exposure is a plus. 

• Open to relocation on local and global level.
