1. Purpose of the job

 

 

 

  • To Drive Marine & Protective Coatings Sales and Business development of Telangana & Andhra through direct customers & distributors in high growth geography across the Region.

 

 

 

2. Key responsibilities

 

  • Achieve annual sales in terms of Revenue and contribution margin budgets.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets of Marine & Protective Coatings.
  • Achieving the revenue and CM target.
  • Drive Innovation through customers.
  • Develop relevant commercial pipeline for respective accounts.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the organization to generate value to customers – Forecast, Service, Capability, Efficiency and Productivity.
  • Effectively manage credits of customers & distributors by reducing the OD% & managing Bad debts.
  • Screening customer base for new opportunities, generates leads and maintains pipeline. identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Maintaining and growing business in M & R Segment & at existing accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • To Promote the positive company image and develop long-term relationship with the customers.
  • Channel Partner management & drive business through distributor Network.
  • Build/maintain expert knowledge on the features/benefits of available products/services.
  • Co-ordinating with Stake Holders & ensuring for On-Time deliveries to customers.
  • Extending support to team members as & when required.
