Job Purpose

Ensure sustainability& profitable growth of project channel within assigned region;

Achieve revenue targets as defined and required by manager;

Execute the sales strategy to guide sales activities of the sales team in region;

Coach local sales team to improve teamwork;

Ensure strong communication internally and externally

Meet with customer regularly to explore their needs and assure satisfaction;

Ensure the accuracy of the monthly sales forecast;

Key Accountabilities

Fully understand and stick to the Company Overall Business Strategy.

Understand the business model we have and its impact on the region.

Develop & enlarge the market share of Dulux Pro brand in region for project channels:

Develop and manage the project dealer network and project.

Develop business strategy around the project market segments channels at regional level and tactically deliver the strategy.

Knows how to build up organization competencies.

Understand competitive strategy.

Responsible for or coordinate KA project landing in selective province

HPV Management - Closely tracking the projects leaders each month and responsible for the accuracy &convert rate of high potential project.

Familiar with the company process, and the rational use of resources.

Cooperation work with BD in CDC/HPC/PSC management ensuring strategy execution

Understand the geographic difference between own region and other regions.

Build up differentiated business plan for project market segments based on the understanding of the competition situation in different provinces.

Key Activities

Understand the company’s overall project brand strategy.

Effectively manage the brand portfolio and control project product CM%.

Cooperate with functional supporting dept. like Marketing, RD&I, Supply Chain HR etc.

Highly adaptive and skilled in terms of interfacing with different kinds of customers, from KA to PGT, from different market segments to project developers.

Manage the team effectiveness through process and procedures.

Financial intelligent, read the financial report and understand the stories/issues


University degree or above

At least 10 years working experience in related area.

Rich experience in project management, especially in building material sector

Strong communication skill internally and externally

Has strong will and skill in developing people and team capability.

Strong business acumen and can quickly identify the winning opportunities.

Be able to work under pressure

Be willing to travel frequently

Fluent in English preferred

Leadership and crisis management
