Job Purpose

Changzhou as a multi-business site, with the largest powder production facility, and multi-business liquid coating facility including VR, Auto interior, Auto Exterior, ICO, CE coatings, Deco color paste, and wood coating, the quality manager is a key for the success of the site, then the success of businesses.

Key Accountabilities

QC part of whole site (Powder Coatings including workshop 1/2/3/4, liquid coatings including VR/Auto/CE/Packaging/Wood/Deco Color pastes):

1. Understand and ensure all activities of Powder Coatings (including workshop 1,2,3,4), liquid coatings (including VR, Auto, CE, Packaging, Wood, Deco Color pastes) QC team in compliance with the corporate HSE&S policy, related Standards and Guidance Notes
2. Being responsible for day-to-day operation of Powder Coatings (including workshop 1,2,3,4), liquid coatings (including VR, Auto, CE, Packaging, Wood, Deco Color pastes).
3. Being responsible for managing product specification and ensure compliance with the requirement of customer and AKZONOBEL.
4. Being responsible for maintaining quality management system running smoothly.

QA part:

1. To ensure proper and effective implementation of Quality & HSF Management Systems in accordance with ISO9001, IATF16949, TS22163, Wood 3C, statutory & regulatory requirements, customers specific requirements & corporate directives
2. To plan, conduct & follow-up internal audit
3. To plan, facilitate & follow-up monthly management meeting & yearly management review meeting
4. To coordinate Quality & HSF related second and third party audits

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above with Chemistry related.
• Good at oral and writing both in Chinese and English
• More than 8 years working experience in coating technical role
• Coating technology and coating production process
• Good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with ISO9001, preferably with Leader Auditor certification

• Familiar with ISO/ TS16949 and its five core tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA
• Familiar with HSF (QC080000) & CCC requirements
• Result orientation
• Big team management preferred
• Coating Project management preferred.
