Quality Supervisor & IQC

Job Purpose

• Finds and resolves sources of quality issues through the use of tools, procedures and equipment, to ensure that the products are being delivered according to the right product quality and deploys ALPS Quality Management with high priority.通过适用工具、程序和设备，发现并解决质量问题的根源，确保产品依据正确的质量要求交付，高质量部署ALPS质量管理活动。
• Oversee and manage the incoming quality inspection of raw materials to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. Cover both Liquid and Powder.监督和管理原材料的来料检验工作，确保其符合公司及客户规范要求。该工作覆盖液体和粉末。
• Ensure the incoming materials quality to meet business demand, and support the operation performance targets on OTIF, quality and cost.确保来料质量满足业务需求，支持OTIF、质量及成本等运营目标的实现。
• Complete the actions for customer audits and quality system certification audits to ensure QA compliance.完成客户审核和质量体系认证审核的相关行动，确保流程符合体系认证要求。
• Implement continuous improvement systems and develop the IQC system.按照计划实施持续改进体系，并开发维护IQC体系。

Lead productivity and quality improvement for IQC scope.推动本职范围内的效率和质量提升。

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the quality team to test of raw materials, production batches, and finished products by using standard (quality) procedures to meet specifications.

带领质量团队使用标准（质量）程序对原材料、生产批次和成品进行测试，以满足规格要求。

• Ensures escalation process (e.g., Performance Gap Reporting) is followed if batch adjustments/hits go beyond a certain level (trigger).

确保在出现批量调整/触发超出特定水平时升级流程得到严格遵循（如性能差距报告）。

• Manages retained sample control and administration including related document collection, filing and disposal.

• Supports in implementing new methods of test and the testing of new products, which includes Critical Testing for Quality and Predictive Test Methods.

支持新测试方法的实施和新产品测试，包括质量关键测试和预测测试方法。

• Promotes the quality philosophy throughout the organization by setting a positive example and positively participating in cross-functional problem-solving activities.

• Ensure that IQC activities meet the requirements of the authorities and that all safety procedures are followed. 确保来料检验活动符合当地政府要求，所有安全程序得到遵守。
• Take the responsibility of process safety and people safety in the assigned area. 承担指定区域内的流程安全、人员安全责任。

• Lead & take the IQC team to perform high standard daily operation such as safety, quality, and productivity. 领导和操作来料检验团队执行高标准的日常操作，如安全、质量和效率。
• Develop KPI strategy and work plan and take action for the department. 制定KPI战略和工作计划，并为部门采取行动。
• Supervise incoming material quality; initiate cause studies; implement improvements (organizational, technical and/or process); measurement and assessment of the outcome. 监督来料质量，发起原因分析，实施改进（组织、技术和/或流程），测量和评估结果。
• Continuous Improvement持续改进：*
• According to site plan, initiate the annual improvement plan for IQC department and deliver the results. 根据现场计划，启动来料检验部门年度改进计划并交付成果。
• Daily Work日常工作：*
• Ensure the realization of the inspection plan (e.g., sample, manpower, equipment). 确保检验计划的实现（如抽样、人力、设备）。
• Ensure economical use of inspection resources and timely release of materials. 确保检验资源的经济使用和物料的及时放行。
• Complete any other works assigned by the company or superiors. 完成公司或上级安排的其他工作。
