Production Manager

Job Purpose

• Oversee the manufacturing of products(excludes ASC) according to specifications.

根据规格要求监督产品(非ASC)的生产。

• Drive HSE policy/processes and government regulations implementation in workshop to achieve the HSE targets and ensure TRR =0 during the routine operation and 100% compliance to government regulation.

推动公司各项安全政策和流程在生产部的实施，以实现安全绩效目标，确保在日常运营中TRR=0以及100%政府合规。

• Ensure the production capacity & productivity to meet business demand, and achieve the operation performance targets on OTIF, quality and Cost.

确保生产能力和效率满足业务需求，并实现运营在按时足量交付、质量和成本方面的绩效目标。

• Complete the actions for customers’ audit and quality system certification audit to ensure the QA compliance.

完成客户审核和质量体系审核的相关行动项，确保流程符合体系认证。

• Implement ALPS CI system as planned and develop the team. 

            按照计划实施ALPS持续改进系统，并且发展团队成员。

• Lead productivity improvement for owner scope.

主导本职责范围内的劳动效率提升。

Key Accountabilities

HSE健康安全环保:

• Ensure the factory be in safe condition and safe operation as the key HSE stakeholder.

作为主要的HSE利益相关者，确保工厂处于安全状态和安全运行。

• Develop work plan and execute for continuous improvement in safety management including people safety, process safety, product safety, regulation compliance.

制定工作计划并执行，以持续改进安全管理，包括人员安全、工艺安全、产品安全、法规遵守。

• Ensure that the production meets the requirements of the authorities and that all safety procedures are followed.

确保生产符合当局的要求，并确保所有安全程序得到遵守。

• Take the responsibility of Process Safety, People safety in the assigned area.

承担指定区域内的工艺安全、人员安全的责任。

Department work部门工作:

• Lead & mentor the team of production to perform the high standard daily operation such as safety, quality, and productivity.

领导和指导生产团队执行高标准的日常操作，如安全、质量和生产力。

• Develop KPI strategy and work plan and take action for the department.

制定KPI战略和工作计划，并为该部门采取行动。

• Supervise product-quality; initiate cause studies; implement improvements (organizational, technical and/or chemical); measurement and assessment of the outcome.

监督产品质量；发起原因研究；实施改进（组织、技术和/或化学）；测量和评估结果。

• Evaluate the workforce requirement, perform highly efficient work plan.

评估劳动力需求，执行高效的工作计划。

• Make sure all operators trained properly both in technical and safety.

确保所有操作人员在技术和安全方面都得到适当的培训。

• Continuously monitors and evaluates retention risk.

持续监测和评估留任风险。

Continuous Improvement持续改进:

• Initiate Profit Improvement Programs and deliver the results.

启动利润改进计划并交付成果。

• According to site plan, Initiate the annual improvement plan for Production department and deliver the results

根据现场计划，启动生产部的年度改进计划并交付结果。

Daily Production:

• Ensure the realization of the production plan (e.g., raw- and auxiliary materials, manpower, 'plant availability'.).

确保生产计划的实现（例如，原辅材料、人力、"工厂可用性"）

• Ensure of economically use of raw materials, energy, equipment etc.

确保原材料、能源、设备等的经济使用。

• Complete any other works assigned by the company or superiors.

完成公司或上级安排的其他工作。

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable major in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

本科或以上学历，最好是化学或化学工程专业

• Good chemical-and process knowledge, deep knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals

良好的化学和工艺知识，对处理危险化学品有深刻的认识

• Demonstrated leadership skills in directing a team to solve problems

在指导团队解决问题方面具有明显的领导能力

• Be flexible in terms of changing work patterns according to business requirement
