Job Purpose

• • • • To test products/semi-products/ RM to ensure QC pass good in compliance with specification  20%
      • To color matching for production read mixing to ensure QC pass good in compliance with specification and no customer complaint. 30%
      • To support/ implement new projects inspection plan or quality control plan, and effective communication with related department or SMU, ensure project smoothly process.15%
      • To maintain and calibrate the daily instrument. 5%
      • To implement these related actions of continual improvement ,corrective/preventive action 10%
      • To record data related to objective and quality trends 10%
      • To offer information to technical department if any trends and abnormal .5%
      • Conduct protocol type test according to the specification 5%

Key Accountabilities

• Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE&S policy, related Standards and Guidance Notes.
• Understand and ensure all activities fully in compliance with the legislatives applicable to our site and know the access to get latest updated one.
• Familiar with site QHSE procedures/work instructions and ensure all process and activities in full compliance with them.
• Be an active participant in the company's initiatives to improve its QHSE Management Systems 

Experience

• Technical school graduate or above degree, preferring Chemistry or Chemical Engineering education background. 
• Able to write and speak Basic English.
• Good MS office skill, such as using excel to do data analysis, making PPT
