Job Purpose

 

Job preferred location:

North-centre Italy

 

The Mixing Machine Specialist ensures high-quality technical support for tintometric machines, resolving software issues and coordinating complex repairs. They play a key role in successful installations and customer training. Additionally, they maintain accurate administrative records and support internal teams. Their mission is to guarantee operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 

Key Activities & Accountabilities

 

1. Customer Technical Support (Top Priority): 

• Handle incoming calls from customers experiencing issues with tintometric machines. 
• Diagnose and resolve software-related problems directly. 
• Coordinate with external providers for complex or hardware-related issues. 
• Ensure proper follow-up until the issue is resolved. 
• Keep all machines connected to internet 

2. Installations and Training: 

• Oversee and support new machine installations. 
• Provide technical training to customers on machine usage and maintenance. 
• Ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction. 

3. Administrative Tasks:

• Keep the machine census updated in SAP. 
• Respond to internal requests from the sales team. 
• Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation of interventions. 

 

Level of Autonomy

 

Only can take decisions about his/her own daily assigned tasks. 

Job Requirements

 

Education & Experience 
Technical high school diploma / Bachelor or similar fields  
In-depth knowledge of the market and the products  
3/5 years of relevant experience in painting General Industry or other manufacturing business 

 

Soft & Technical Skills 
proactiveness 
good Office knowledge 
strong software troubleshooting skills,  
excellent communication and customer service skills 
ability to work independently and stay organized 
work under pressure 
teamwork skills  
good English  
Spanish is a plus. 
Experience with SAP is a plus.
