Job Purpose
- Deliver expected performance of outbound supplies aligned with agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with Demand and Planning to manage customer expectations and achieve targeted OTIF
- Establish clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA expectations
- Manage freight forwarders and customs processes to ensure timely delivery and achieve cost KPIs
- Maintain records, validate monthly invoices, and monitor/report outbound KPIs
Responsibilities
- Comply with site HSE policy and LSR rules
- Maintain familiarity with site emergency procedures
- Promote reporting and closure of HSE concerns (hazard reporting)
- Participate in incident/accident investigations
- Establish clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA expectations
- Manage and align with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery and achieve target cost KPIs
- Ensure all deliveries are executed on time to achieve target OTIF
- Process outbound shipment documentation in line with agreed SOPs
- Ensure export documents comply with local legislation
- Maintain monthly records of outbound shipments and costs using SAP-generated reports
- Abide by company values, Code of Conduct, departmental SOPs, and ISO procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and export/import
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Effective English communication skills (written, spoken, interpersonal)
- Basic MS Office skills
- Basic ERP experience and willingness to be trained; SAP experience preferred
- Strong analytical, time management, and customer care skills
