Job Responsibilities
-Develops and expands local capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools and methods;
-Promotes a structured problem-solving approach, supports, and challenges the workforce in direction setting, prioritization and implementation of improvement activities;
-Deploys and sustains the ALPS manufacturing program including a coaching support structure to drive CI initiatives and ensure sustainability of improvements;
-Coaches Advanced and Lead Practitioners, and local staff/MT on site and gives reinforcement training on selected topics;
-Reviews the ALPS operating framework (goals & targets, KPI, operating processes, people) to ensure compliance with corporate and BA requirements;
-Manages the improvement project funnel including scoping, project assignment, resource planning, tracking of progress and benefits and controlling sustainability of outcomes;
-Runs own improvement projects delivering value to the organization;
-Be familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards;
-Complete any other works assigned by the company or superior.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in IE, Chemical engineering or process field;
-3+ years of relevant work experience (CI, IE, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.);
-Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification be preferred;
-Solid experience in continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma and TPM be preferred;
-Be able and strong willing to lead site CI system maturity improvement, great leadership and ownership to drive CI projects execution;
-Good team player, knows how to build his/her own network,good interpersonal and communication skills;
-Proficient in English.
