Job Purpose

The Site Logistic Manager provides end to end support to the Area Logistics Supervisor or Area Logistics Manager for all Logistics (warehousing and transport) functions at the site level.  Allowing for maximum operational flexibility according to customer service, quality, HSE and cost targets for the responsible site.

  • Order Management & Fulfillment – 60%
  • Customer & Sales Relationship Management – 10%

  • Coordination of Internal Resources – 10%

Key Accountabilities

Order Management

  •      Oversight of order Receipt, Entry & Confirmation
  •      Communication / Escalation of concerns
  •      Maximize On Time & In Full Delivery
  •      Oversight of Reason Code Entry for OTIF Failures
  •      Oversight of the order cycle from start to finish

Customer & Sales Relationship Management

  •      Regular communication with Sales Team
  •      Regular communication with the Customer and understanding of their business needs

Inventory Management

  •      Works with Customer Demand & Supply Planning on inventory support.
  •      Complete understanding of the NAM Inventory Management Protocol

Coordination of Internal Resources

  •      Working with all pertinent resources to ensure fulfillment of orders
  •      Working with all available resources to problem-solve
  •      Working with supervisor on ALPS escalations & problem-solving

Health, Safety & Sustainability

  •      Active in all forms of HSE reporting
  •      Proactive in all forms of Sustainability
  •      Behavior in accordance with the Code of Conduct
  •      Performs in accordance with the Core Values

 

Experience

  •  2 years of related customer service or logistics related management experience
  • Related business diploma or degree
  • Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, Proficient Problem-Solving Skills, Passion for Excellence

Education

  • High School Diploma
  • Post secondary diploma in a related field
