About the role
Managing orders from AkzoNobel customers including delivery process, SAP system administration, invoicing, stock management and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Complex orders management in cooperation with AkzoNobel customers and internal departments.
- Informing customers about deliveries, related issues and changes.
- Entering orders to the system.
- Invoicing for customers.
- Claim handling, creation credit and debit notes.
- Monitoring and keeping material master data up to date.
- Docketing invoices and delivery notes.
- Participating in Business Alignment Meetings.
- Proactively creating new procedures and work files to make administration easier.
Key requirements
- Master’s degree.
- At least 5 years’ experience in professional Customer Service.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience and working knowledge of SAP system.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Hungarian.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good with numbers and time keeping.
- Reliable, accountable and taking ownership over given tasks.
- Ability to lead projects and change management.
