About the role
Manage a portfolio of customers, in a designated area, providing support and ensuring effective
communication to facilitate the execution of the sales plan.
Key responsibilities
- Systematically screen customer base for new opportunities, communicates relevant information
to the team responsible to generate leads and maintain pipeline. - Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/target.
- Provide appropriate and agreed level of contact, service and support to ensure sales target are
met. - Monitor sales against agreed targets and objectives on a regular basis to ensure they are met,
and where necessary, the need for remedial identified actions, reported and implemented. - Manage sales support activities in designated area, ensuring effective collaboration with the
sales team. - Collects, report and analyses the customer feedback / information on present as well as future
market trends in the context of possible further market penetration.
Job requirements
- University educated or relevant education on college/university level.
- Knowledge and experience in chemical industry or other B2B industrial environment.
- 5 – 7 years of work experience in commercial/technical support roles.
- Native Romanian language and very good English (oral and written).
- Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP, ERS) systems.
- Strong results orientation, very good communication skills and team work.
