You will have worked in an office environment and are a proficient in IT and a user of SAP or equivalent ERP system. As Logistics Coordinator you will provide administrative support to ensure the accurate and efficient offloading and loading of goods to our internal and external customers within agreed service levels. This will involve creating and organizing the relevant documentation to support the materials team with their daily workload.

 

You will oversee daily communications and update MS Excel spreadsheets on SharePoint to ensure that all requirements have been met. Important will be the ability to ensure all deliveries are processed in line with service level agreements. You will also liaise with the Logistics Team Leader to ensure that a weekly prioritized task list is set out for the materials team to ensure all training & HSE requirements are refreshed and up to date. 

 

With good GCSE’s in Maths & English (or equivalent), you will need excellent communication & interpersonal skills. You will have used SAP or similar ERP system experience and know your way around MS Office.
