Graduate Engineering Trainee

* Job Purpose:
We are looking for talent that shares these values and join our GRADUATE ENGINEERING TRAINEE (GET) Program - an intensive 20-month rotational on job experience program, in-depth exposure to our operations and relevant experiences right from the start, designed to fast track the careers of the brightest, most driven university graduates.

* Key Accountabilities:

• This program aims to develop fresh Engineers and get them ready for the middle manager positions in Manufacturing (Production - Quality - Engineering - Warehouse - Planning - HSE&S - Logistics).
• Intensive 18-month entry-level program spanning six-month function-specific project in one of the businesses.
• Combines on-job training, job assignments, projects and classroom induction/training to equip with relevant skills.
• Mentoring by senior professionals during the projects.
• Develops best-in-industry future leaders.
