Job Purpose

  • Lead the team and given support to CTS Manager on off- site team to duplicate color & system per samples & production line request
  • Lead and organize the CTS manager how to better monitoring customer production line performance and troubleshooting during customer production errors
  • Lead the related team to achieve target of year in all under-control accounts
  • Optimized and fully utilized manpower and working process of related CTS team in region
  • Generate related monthly report to Regional TS Manager–South Asia & attend all related meeting
  • Coordinate and work out the plan with counter parts on any issues raised up
  • Improvement how to reduce claim and complaint number due to related CTS as concerned
  • No injury in work and attend all safety training as request, implement CRM & LSR on-time in full

Key Accountabilities

    • Assign the appropriate tasks to CTS manager and manage team to achieve goals in schedule.
    • Monitoring all the colors panels & samples given by customers must get the approval within 2 submissions as schedule (with at least 90% close to the master panel at the first time).
    • Leading related CTS team to achieve the target of the year.     
    • Assist our CTS manger on how to better supervise customers’ daily production as well Akzo Nobel’s service team’s operation, provide online support of any arising problems;
    • Work with training manager to organize ongoing training of customer workers with AkzoNobel materials use, as well internal training for AkzoNobel team
    • Made sure all the related CTS manger involved into all sample and panel reviews; make sure panels and samples all approved by customer before mass production.
    • Work closely with counter parts to made progress on customers (factory/ production managers) on color, system, also whitewood from the early R&D stage;
    • Given recommendation to related CTS manager and propose ways/ methods to maximize efficiencies of finishing systems; 
    • Effective team management including shifts arrangement and time sheet record approval, performance management through P&DD process, safety and compliance;
    • Responsible for the safety, health and environmental protection within their areas of responsibility. Ensure that within their areas of responsibility the relevant sections of the HSE policy and procedures included LSR are understood and applied;
    • Involve in sales planning/budgeting, and action plan and implementation for the account(s)
    • Solve and reduce any claim and complain number that related to CTS team performance 
    • Competitor Info collection (Business Activities and Headcount Number) Update customer status (Payment, New Investment and their Business Plan)  
    • Review and lead the CRM input on related CTS activities
  • Can travel to Binh Dinh for business trip.

Experience

  • Experience: at least 8 to 10 years of finishing technical skill and working with customers, rich experience in color styling; 
  • Good communication & negotiation skill;
  • Good problem-solving skills and learning ability;
  • Good team management skills, experience in performance management and capability of motivating and development of team members;
  • Result driven, can work well under pressure;
  • Computer skill preferred;
  • Good Chinese or English.
