Job Description
- To drive business development of protective coatings in Philippines through direct customers & distributors in high growth geography across the region.
- The candidate should bring new customers and manage existing customers.
- The candidate will be involved in business development along with collections and line trial.
- Responsible for delivering budgeted revenue & profit targets.
- Responsible for maintaining B2B & Distributors accounts.
- Responsible for development & expansion of geographical foot print to increase Marine Coatings market share in respective region.
- Handling product technical recommendations, coordinating with technical service on trials and complaints.
- Conducting regular training & promotional programs with the customers/dealers.
- Responsible for adhering business processes on time – Demand Planning & Forecasting, CRM, monthly reports etc.
- Ensuring strict compliance to Global and Local HSE Standards as per company policy.
- Drive Innovation through customers and develop relevant commercial pipeline for respective accounts.
- Drive continuous improvement across the organization to generate value to customers – Forecast, Service, Capability, Efficiency and Productivity.
- Effectively manage credits of customers & distributors by reducing the OD% & managing Bad debts.
- Screening customer base for new opportunities, generating leads, maintaining pipeline, identifying new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Promote a positive company image and develop long-term relationship with the customers.
- Channel Partner management & drive business through distributor network.
- Build/maintain expert knowledge on the features/benefits of available products/services.
- Co-ordinating with Stake Holders & ensuring for On-Time deliveries to customers.
- Extending support to team members as & when required.

This role is based in the Philippines and requires travel within the Philippines, as well as international travel as and when required. Hence, we are looking at local talent only.
