Job Purpose

Responsible for troubleshooting and perform repairing work on the plant & facility equipment. Execute preventive maintenance activity in line with equipment responsibility to ensure sustainable production output, quality and safety including equipment calibration program

Key Activities

To make decision on specialized inspection like electrical competent isolations/LOTOTO, permission to enter confined space & decision for tools/equipment selection during critical maintenance activities.

When checking the incoming quality & design of the spare parts purchased against BQ, he/she can reject & get vendor to rectify the spares.

To decide on the parts replacement during equipment maintenance.

To stop the equipment/process if not meet quality & safety requirement.

Sourcing for maintenance part purchase with supplier.

Experience

1.Minimum requirement of Polytechnic or D3/diploma degree in electrical / electronic engineering with 3~5 years experiences in maintenance activities and good understanding of equipment & operation process.

2.Profound knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering.

3.Competent in electrical works, able to read electrical diagram and system troubleshooting, include Automation/PLC programming

4.Competent in continuous improvement concept & culture.

5. Good awareness and knowledge related with Quality, and HSE&S aspects includes legal requirement.

6. Good interpersonal skills

7. Basic knowledge in computers software operation. Eg Excel/Words/Power Points/ACAD & etc.

Education
