Distribution Logistics & FG Warehouse Supervisor

Short Description

Job Purpose

Supervise of daily activities of distribution finished Good product to customers for all  MPC & POW business unit according to lead time and cost target as in A3 Strategic Logistics Target

Key Activities

1. Ensure the tinting process on the chromoscan machine is in accordance with sales order requests, including setting a routine inspection schedule for the chromoscan machine.
2. Control delivery by executing it well with zero complains from related parties as the target.
3. Controlling and managing expired and damaged goods due to quality issues or handling errors such as dents, incorrect handling of chromoscans, up to disposal.
4. Ensuring that all means of transporting goods and packaging of goods transported meet the requirements and regulations of the Indonesian government and international regulations for sea, land and air transportation.
5. Monitor the contract period for transportation and warehouse vendors and coordinate with Logistics Procurement for the extension process, including if there is an expansion or change of vendor.
6. Search continues improvement on delivery area and lead continues improvement process at distribution operation align with company regulation.
7. Lead investigation if any distribution incident and delivery complaint happen and provide solutions through problem solving methods
8. Safe behavior and implement a Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations and comply with the company include LSR
9. Ensure resource and activities in 100% performing for daily operation in warehouse. Strengthening process discipline on daily operation and ensure all activies according to standard operating procedure and budget OPEX.

Expectation:

• Control OPEX cost by controlling overtime and warehouse spending cost according to A3 Strategic Target.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy of  99%.
• Maintain L-OTIF is above 98%.
• Maintain Zero complaints.
• 100% adherence to HSE aspect in performing daily operation.
• Zero TRR, LOPC and Distribution Inciden
• Voice index is 4
• Zero quality issue

10. Coach, encourage, and motivate subordinate to continuestly performing good according to company expectation.
11. Perform and support continues improvement at warehouse operations align with ALPS, such as teamwork, visual management, focus improvement, etc.
12. Develop self and team via training, coaching, or specific assignment that is related to improvement on employee capabilities.
13. Maintaining infrastructure to support daily operation at warehouses must be always available and in good condition. Regular checks and maintenance of infrastructure must be in place. WH supervisor coordinate with maintenance team in conducting regular check and propose maintenance or replacement accordingly.

Experience

Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team-lead role.

System Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & Inventory Management (IM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP like SAP), and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel

Skill and knowledge: Has effective communication; Discipline on objective and working target, ability to make reports, filling, and work with controlled budget.
