Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Purpose

 

To provide end to end hands on recruitment support across multiple functions. Will also be responsible for talent pipelining targeted areas at country level.

Key Accountabilities

 

 

  • Personally manages the end to end recruitment delivery of allocated vacancies within the business 

-     Advices and partners with the hiring managers, challenges when required and delivers high quality results for the business

-     Carries out initial screening and the first interview of shortlisted candidates as required for the vacancies allocated;

-     Tracks agreed global and local Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for own area of responsibility and to provide timely and accurate reports to the Regional Talent Resourcing Manager, along with recommendations for improving performance;

-       Acts as the custodian of allocated targeted areas and proactively build talent pipelines 

-       Promotes AkzoNobel's Employer Branding Proposition across area of responsibility in order to achieve our employer of choice objectives;

-       Manages the day to day relationships with 3rd party suppliers (eg recruitment advertising partner, agencies);

-       Provides appropriate training and support to hiring managers to ensure they are competent & skilled in recruiting in line with AkzoNobel processes, best practices and local law;

-       Proactively looks to drive efficiency of process and reduce associated costs

-       Supports campus recruitment campaigns as required.

Experience

 

-      Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in management, HR or Psychology. Minimum 3 years recruiting experience, in-house, agency or RPO.

-         Proven experience of delivering successful best practice, end to end recruitment campaigns within specified deadlines up-to middle management;

-         Experience of working with Success Factors and social media platforms such as Linkedin;

-         Experience in building, managing and engaging talent pipelines;

-         Experience in using analytics as a tool for monitoring performance.

-      Languages:  Spanish and  English
