Description

  1. Support the CI Manager and Regional Supply Planning Manager on the operational activities to drive continuous improvement in planning performance across the planning hubs (5),
  2. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the needs from the hubs and be able to understand if they will be covered through the projects coming from global/region
  3. The activities consist on:
  • Help on improving an implementing process to review the main KPIs of the company (DC-OTIF, DIO, SLOB, Inventory) on weekly and monthly period.
  • Consolidate feedback and root-causes from the hubs and analyze/share findings and report it in power point
  • Support on the preparation and execution of MDI and Tier meetings within the Supply Planning team
  • Support on creating, maintaining and ensuring execution of the yearly plan

Responsabilities

  • Supports CI Supply Planning manager in developing, deploying and managing the yearly plans and strategy in three areas:
  • Follow up the portfolio of initiatives from the different hubs
  • Work with deployment teams to coordinate regional requirements and deployment of improvements plans and ad-hoc projects into the region
  • Identify, propose and support improvement to the processes, tools, reports used by the team

Requirements

  • University Education (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other relevant discipline) with Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations
  • High English level. 
  • Team player
