Production Planner, focused on longer-term Integrated Business Planning.

For Production Planning you efficiently manage production costs by developing the plans for paints/coatings production sites. This involves, for example, batch size settings and tactical shift planning as you meet customer demand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing and facilitating/leading cross-functional meetings
  • Leading and managing the implementation of local Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining good working relations with the stakeholders and creating the conditions for collaborative teamwork
  • Supporting the onboarding, coaching and development of junior planners
  • Act as backup for the Planning Manager during absence.

 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations, or a Master that is closely related to the supply chain 
  • At least 3-4 years of supply planning experience in FMCG, Paint/Coatings or similar business.
  • An open-minded and flexible approach necessary to learn and succeed within our dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Proven experience working in SAP
  • Experience on IBP processes, Advanced Supply Planning tools
  • Project and change management skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with any other major European languages an advantage.
