Job Purpose

 

The purpose of this role is to deliver proactive and operational excellent sales & market support by executing the agreed Marketing & Sales Activity/ Communication & Media plans as well as participating in cross-functional basic processes and implementing projects to support the realization of market/regional sales and profitability targets. The role acts as “face of Marketing” internal and external of the market.​​

Key Activities

 

  • Executes the individual activities of the Sales & Marketing/Media plan like product launches, customer events, promotions, marketing collateral/sales support tools, digital tools, events, trade shows, communication etc. on time within the agreed budget frame and quality level
  • Leads or participates in market or strategic projects (e. g. private label, strategic KAM, CSAT etc.)
  • Supports key distributors directly with Sales Tools, promotions and any other requests.
  • Proofreads and provides translation support for centrally created products leaflets, brochures, posters, websites, etc.
  • Executes local tailor-made marketing programs for selected strategic customers in the country    

Requirements

 

  • Knowledge & Work Experience – Paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment.  
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business 
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a commercial environment  
  • Ideally experience in more than 1 area of marketing and/or sales and with Digital Marketing
  • Some work experience in a tech/tech service role is an advantage
  • Analytical mind with good financial acumen
  • Project management Skills
  • Very good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
