Job Purpose
Ensure the implementation and accomplishment of the Quality System that promotes continued improvement in designed countries and at the same time in coordination with the rest of the countries and observing the quality strategy. Coordination of internal and external complaints to ensure the efficient execution of corrective and preventive actions.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain, improve and ensure accomplishment the certifications programs.
- Maintenance and improvement of quality system.
- Preparation and follow up of derogation petitions to customers.
- Participates in the launch of new products/projects under Advance Product Quality Plan frame
- Customer requirements maintenance.
- Follows customer complaints and claims resolution and supports internal complaint treatment.
- Performs certifications process audits for all departments.
- Perform internal audits and participate in external audits (customer or certification).
Education & Experience
- University degree (preferable in Chemical or Engineering fields) or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience preferable in Quality or Coatings. We appreciate experience in Automotive Industry.
- Customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration
- Work independently and self-motivation
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good communicator with fluency in English and German language
