Marketing Trainee Digital

 

 

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & E-commerce Trainee to join our Marketing team within the Deco business unit.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to websites, content management, product launches and basic e-commerce support in an international environment.

In this role, you will support the management of multiple brand websites, help coordinate digital activations and product launches, and ensure digital content is updated across different platforms. You will also gain exposure to basic marketplace-related tasks, including operational follow-up on platforms such as Amazon.

We are looking for a digital-minded, proactive and detail-oriented person who feels comfortable working with website back-end tools, digital platforms and reporting, and who also has an interest in content creation and design.

 

You will join a diverse, international and collaborative team of marketing and communication professionals, with great learning opportunities and cross-country exposure.

 

About the role

 

  • Support the development and maintenance of multiple brand websites, including landing page creation, content updates and product launch implementation.
  • Manage website back-end tasks, ensuring content and information are updated according to the approved plan.
  • Assist in the upload and maintenance of product content, images and digital assets across websites and selected digital / e-commerce platforms.
  • Support basic SEO and content optimization for web pages and product-related content.
  • Help monitor digital performance through regular reporting of website and basic e-commerce KPIs.
  • Support the implementation of new product launches across different digital channels, ensuring content and assets are correctly updated.
  • Assist in benchmarking competitors and identifying digital best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide support on basic marketplace-related tasks, including content checks, asset updates and follow-up of operational cases.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and international calls/forums to share ideas and best practices across European teams.

 

About You

 

  • Student or recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, websites, content and e-commerce.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken — this is mandatory, as English will be a daily working tool. Spanish is also mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of website management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of digital analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon is a plus.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar) and interest in content creation / video editing are valued.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Available for a full time internship (from 9am to 5pm) for minimum 9 months.
