Job Purpose

 

The Manufacturing Project Manager contributes to the execution of the regional manufacturing strategy by managing a broad variety of projects within and across the sites. It supports the standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment of processes, systems, and tools in the region.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Applies project and business process improvement methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Establishes, executes and revises project work plans to ensure processes meet the changing needs and requirements.
  • Establishes and maintains project communication plans and provides regular project status updates to stakeholders.Developes and implements project plans, including resource plans, quality plans, and risk management plans.
  • Facilitates problem-solving and decision-making activities related to project scope and schedule. Manages project change requests and ensures appropriate stakeholder engagement and communication. Ensures project documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure process alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Supports the standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment of processes, systems, and tools. Facilitates training on process changes and updates. Monitors and measures process effectiveness.
  • Analyzes processes performance data. Identifies, communicates and manages improvement opportunities.
  • Is familiar and complies with all the applicable policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE&S and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards 

Education & Experience

 

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Science or Engineering
  • At least 8 years in the Integrated Supply Chain function; strong experience in manufacturing, planning and good hands on exposure to IT/ERP related projects
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and deadline accountability.
  • Functional excellence & credibility to drive the organization forward.
  • Ability to operate effectively across different cultures and functions.
  • Good communication skills, strong command in English.
  • Awareness and compliance with general HSE requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communicator, able to listen, able to handle team tensions
