The purpose of the role is to strengthen the AkzoNobel brand as an attractive employer by recruit in a professional and efficient manner to optimize the delivery of recruitment services to the Business Units.

Secure our Employer Brand and candidate relations by driving our overall Employer Branding Strategy,

Ensure close cooperation with the HR Service Center and HR Managers in order to deliver the best possible services to business customers

 

Junior Talent Acquisition Partner - The role

 

  • Personally manage the end to end recruitment delivery of allocated vacancies in the business according to our recruitment process.
  • Lead the Trainees recruitment project and secure the end to end process
  • Talent Pipeline – proactively build talent pipelines through the use of e-recruitment  and social media platforms such as Linkedin.
  • Update routines/manuals recruitment process and eRecruitment
  • Advises and partners with Hiring Managers on the most suitable route to attracting and selecting candidates and deliver the agreed solution; give expertise support to HR and line organization in recruitment and HR related areas
  • Provides appropriate training and support to hiring managers to ensure they are competent & skilled in recruiting in line with AkzoNobel processes, best practices and local law;
  • Take ownership for Internal recruitment share point site - Create and update relevant routines
  • At all times you promote AkzoNobel's Employer Branding Proposition.

About you

 

  • Educated bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, preferably in Management, HR or Psychology;
  • At least 3 years in HR, preferably in recruitment; at least 1 year in-house recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of current local Employment Law relating to recruitment and selection
  • Experience of working with e-recruitment and social media platforms such as Linkedin;
  • Proven experience of delivering successful, best practices, end to end recruitment campaigns within specified deadlines
  • Understanding in using analytics as a tool for monitoring performance.
  • Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills to be effective at all levels
  • Has customer orientation and ability to partner with business leaders
  • Self going and result driven, flexible and service orientated, business sense, outgoing and positive attitude, problem solving
  • Good communication skills including fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and other relevant HR IT systems.
  • Knowledge in SAP is nice to have.
