ISC Digital Manager - Job Purpose

 

Digital Manager E2E is a newly created position that will help build an E2E approach and strategy within ISC. The position is also managing a portfolio of solutions in alignment with key domain representatives and regions to ensure fit for purpose and value-oriented solutions that are bringing strong benefits to ISC (Integrated Supply Chain).
 

The role is covering end-to-end ownership of design, scoping, piloting and development of new digital solutions or evolution of existing ones. It is a combination of product owner role for all solutions in scope of the domain, and project manager role.

It requires to mobilize and steer internal and external capabilities, following a value driven approach.  

The role has preferred location in Spain (Barcelona region), but locations in Amsterdam or another European country could be considered.
 

 

Key Responsabilities

 

  • Act as a strategic partner with each domain and regions to understand priorities, challenge and define how digital can contribute to bring value in ISC
  • Review, consolidate and align vision and roadmap in each domain to ensure E2E approach in ISC
  • Review ISC Control towers and MDIs approaches to define a plan in order to progressively move towards an E2E model
  • Develop and support Logistic outbound roadmap and vision in alignment with Business Process Manager (BPMs) and regions
  • Develop and support Logistics inbound and SC roadmap and vision in alignment with BPMs and regions 
  • Identify new opportunities for value creation leveraging new technologies, driving PoV (Proof of Value) to confirm benefits
  • Ensure strong relationship with relevant stakeholders of the organization to:
    • Tigger necessary changes at the different levels of the organization (standard definition, process design, etc)
    • Secure adoption of the solution developing right capabilities within the organization
    • Secure alignment with standard processes to ensure digitization of improved processes
    • Provide expertise in digital in order to ensure selection of the right technology for the right use cases
    • Support deployment and execution in regions providing guidance, coaching and expertise on the portfolio when required

Key Activities

 

  • Domains (PLAN,DELIVER) leadership and management
  • Product owner for all digital solutions in scope of the domain
  • Project manager for new digital solutions (pilots) in scope of the domain and maintenance / evolutions
  • Support project managers in charge of further global deployment of domain solutions

 

About You

 

  • Degree, preferably Master, within Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science
  • Around 10 years of experience in Digital / Technology / IT, including consulting experience and proven leadership skills
  • Excellent domain knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply chain with ideally experience in one or several of the area
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and processes / DevOps
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to travel on occasion (up to 20-25%)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong track record of shaping new initiatives / domains, and delivering value
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Strong business judgment, strategic thinking and results oriented
