Digital Data & Governance Manager - Job Purpose

 

The Digital Data & Governance Manager is responsible for the overall governance of Digital & Data activities and projects within ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) in all domains (MAKE, DELIVER, PLAN).

It is a key transversal role, which requires to rigorously monitor at a macro level Digital & Data activity with the ability to identify and manage main challenges, risks and issues by developing a strong relationship with key stakeholders of Digital ISC.  

This position has a preferred location in Spain (Barcelona region)  but locations in Amsterdam or another European country could be considered.

The role will be hybrid (mixed remote/on site).

 

Key Accountabilities

 

The Digital Governance Manager is leading and managing all deployment activities, with the following responsibilities:

  • Managing overall governance for digital & data team ensuring all required routines and processes are in place
  • Overview of all digital solutions in ISC to ensure consistency, synergies, and owning the digital catalogue for ISC
  • Overview of all data activities in ISC supporting prioritization of activities
  • Define, maintain, and ensure compliance to digital project methodology in ISC.
  • Facilitate roadmap definition and prioritization of digital & data activities and monitor deployment plans consolidated between all domain/regions
  • Define right support models with relevant parties on the portfolio of solutions
  • Support best practice and knowledge sharing within the organization and ensure project inventory to keep an overview of all activities
  • Manage key third parties defining right strategy and monitoring routine
  • Monitor global budget and support budgeting exercise to ensure alignment with regions/domains 
  • Drive global initiatives aiming to improve current way of working on technologies within ISC

Responsabilities

 

  • Define and manage ISC Digital Governance to plan and monitor all activities in regions/domains
  • Manage demand from regions/domains on digital solutions part of Digital catalogue
  • Define scalability model of confirmed Proof of value (PoV) ready to be deployed after value has been confirmed for ISC managing third parties associated
  • Define and ensure compliance to project/deployment methodologies
  • Monitor progress and provide coaching and support to regions on deployment and execution when required
  • Own costs tracking and budget monitoring of ISC activities globally.

About you

 

  • Degree, preferably Master, within Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science
  • Strong PMO or Project / Program management experience in delivering IT, Digital and/or technology projects
  • Preferred experience in implementing global MES, SAP PP/QM, IoT platform and/or low/no code solutions or app
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital / Technology / IT
  • Experience of working in a multi-vendor environment and managing projects through 3rd party vendors
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge of implementation models and challenges  
  • Proven leadership capabilities within project execution. Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  •  “Can do” attitude, ability to work independently and define and develop own targets
  • Appetite for digital manufacturing, Supply chain and logistics opportunities: Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Industry 4.0, advanced analytics, digital twins, big data, etc.   
  • Ability to travel on occasion
