Job Purpose

To provide effective and professional support to the sales processes particularly in controlling SAP master data (MPC customers, products and pricing) and analytical report for MTV cluster.  Support sales and marketing activities to achieve annual targets.  Take care of administration jobs by coordinate with related functions through the most effective and efficient ways to utilization of team, time and materials.

Key Accountabilities

-    Develop analytical report in area of business performance for the cluster. 
-    Maintain and manage price lists for Marine and Protective Coatings
-    This position has crucial responsibility to maintain and update Master Data for Marine & Protective Coatings (customers, products & pricing) in SAP System
-    Ensure customer records are up to date with regards to general information, products and pricing in relevant systems
-    Check that the customer databases (GAUDI CRM, SAP) contain up-to-date, accurate and complete customer information 
-    Perform timely pricing and margin analysis, including activities related to the Commercial Excellence Program, providing relevant information to sales manager and sales team
-    Manage and develop BI Reporting System together with Financial Costing Team
-    Review customer contracts and agreements on at least an annual basis, liaising with the Regional Tender Management Team to ensure continued compliance to policy
-    Manage relevant coding systems, ensure customer data and sales systems are up to date
-    Maintain up to date knowledge of product availability and stock issues and feed into the sales team where relevant

Experience

-    Bachelor Degree or business equivalent
-    High service mind with good customer care skills 
-    Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking
-    Accuracy and attention to detail of reports on facts and figures
-    Customer oriented with very good relation from succession of customer contacts
-    Result oriented to create activities to support business opportunities and goals
-    High cross functional working skills in selling ideas and effective teamwork
-    Good written and verbal communication skills in English.  
-    An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 
-    An ability to work independently and as a team 
-    Good administrative skills
